2/28/2013 - Swim

Indoors - approximately 40 minutes
3x25 Kick
4x100 Front stroke

Felt great to get in the pool. I'm a terrible swimmer but I'm looking forward to getting in some real time at the pool and getting stronger (I'll soon be at a place that doesn't charge me $8 per swim). I need a good break after each 100 which scares the poop outta me. My goal is to swim a mile comfortably at a pace just quick enough to keep me buoyant. A floating pace. This is by far my weakest area.
